Our Story
Sickle Cell Conquerors of Central Florida was founded in 2010 by a group of parents, caregivers and healthcare professionals who recognized the need for a comprehensive support system for families affected by sickle cell disease in our community.

What began as a small support group meeting in a local community center has grown into a vibrant organization that serves hundreds of families throughout Central Florida, by providing education, advocacy and support services.
Our Mission
To improve the quality of life for adults affected by sickle cell disease through education, advocacy and support programs while working toward better treatments and ultimately a cure. We serve adults only- for resources for children, visit our Resources page.
