Our Story

Sickle Cell Conquerors of Central Florida was founded in 2010 by a group of parents, caregivers and healthcare professionals who recognized the need for a comprehensive support system for families affected by sickle cell disease in our community.
What began as a small support group meeting in a local community center has grown into a vibrant organization that serves hundreds of families throughout Central Florida, by providing education, advocacy and support services.
